Most orders are dispatched the same day if an order is placed before midday by Interlink delivery service. On other occasions you should receive your goods within 3-6 working days. In the event that an item proves to be very popular due to media coverage or with busy periods like Christmas this can take longer. You will be advised of this when we take payment for this item.
You have the right to cancel a contract within fourteen days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty unless the item (s) are made to order according to a client's own specification. Commissioned or made to order status will be represented on the product page. Non-stock goods specially ordered or made to customer specifications cannot be cancelled. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us or contact us via the Contact Us page clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within fourteen working days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below - we would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your order number.
If an item (excluding those which are individually made to order/on commission ), proves to be unsuitable you may return it within 14 days unused, with the original packaging and in re-saleable condition, you must exercise reasonable care when returning the goods. You may select either a replacement or refund for the item. As we cannot be responsible for any returned items lost or damaged in the post, we strongly advise that an insured, tracked delivery method is used to return goods.
We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging for the original order. This is in addition to your statutory rights. For larger items, a courier service will have to be used to return items.
Please inform us of any damages/breakage within two working days of receiving the item (s). Items that have been damaged while in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost.
Missing Items/Items that never arrive
Please inform us within 21 days if an item fails to arrive. We will not be able to claim for a lost item 3 weeks after the item has been sent therefore it is very important you let us know otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund.
Incorrect or incomplete address, failing to respond to courier dispatch notes
In the event that an incorrect, incomplete address has been given by the customer upon which the parcel gets rejected or returned to our premises or in the event that a customer fails to respond to a dispatch note left by the courier company, we may charge these costs to the customer.
Items missing from order
In the case certain items missing from an order, please keep the original packaging in which your order was sent together with any postal labels and documents.
